She practiced optometry in Billings, Montana for several years before deciding to move back to the beautiful state of Oregon. Dr. Hedberg is a friendly, easy-going and compassionate clinician who truly cares about her patients. Dr. Lewis started his career as a Captain stationed at Ireland Army Hospital at Ft Knox, KY. After finishing his tour, he has lived in the Northwest and practiced in Eugene since 1998. Prior to practicing at Rainbow Optics, he was part of an ophthalmology practice that specialized in cataract surgery. His professional interests include the areas of ocular disease and glaucoma. Personal interests include a fondness of cars with an emphasis in pre-1970 Mustangs and British sports cars of which he owns one of each category. Dr. Lewis is part of an extensive Hispanic heritage and can readily assist Spanish speaking patients with their eyecare needs.
