We are open 6 days a week to serve you, with appointments for eye exams starting at 9:00 am. To schedule an appointment, simply call one of our locations and we'll gladly help find an appointment time that is convenient for you. *Please note that we will respond to online appointment requests within one business day. If you would like help scheduling an appointment sooner, please call us at one of our locations instead of using our online request form.
For other services such as picking out glasses, having your new glasses fit, adjustments or repairs drop in any time; no appointment necessary!
At Rainbow Optics we are able to bill most major insurance companies, as well as many smaller companies on your behalf.
We will gladly provide an estimate of benefits and bill your primary insurance.
If you have secondary insurance that you would like us to bill, please let us know and we will be happy to bill them for your reimbursement after we receive payment from your primary insurance.
We bill many insurance companies, including:
- Moda Health Plans (previously ODS)
- Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Trillium OHP (At this time routine vision benefits are limited to members under 21 and pregnant women.) We do not accept the Open Card.
- Vision Service Plan (VSP) We are providers for the Signature and Choice networks. We are not providers for the Advantage network which is often offered as the vision portion of individual policies through Providence.
