opened Rainbow Optics in September of 1977 with my own vision of
how an optical shop and a business should be conducted. I felt that
the business was an extension of my personal life and those goals
and values that I believed in could be achieved in a business setting.
The ideals
of honesty, compassion, honor, craftsmanship, and service are the
goals I ask of you. Make everyday meaningful by making it a difference
that you've been here. It is all of you individually and you collectively

Every
customer that walks through our door is very special and your primary
job is to make that customer happy. Any problems that arise are
easily solved by asking 'What is it that the customer wants?' If
you keep your primary focus on people and how special they are,
you can never go wrong."
